Books and Beyond
On Monday, February 2nd, we will launch Grandview’s 2026 Books and Beyond program aimed at encouraging our children to read!
Students in grades K through 3 will track the time they read at home on a reading log.
Once your child has logged 300 minutes, please sign the sheet and send it back to school.
Each time a student reaches 300 minutes, they go up a level and earn a prize.
Any child who reaches Level 4 will receive a book and a STAR for being a STAR reader!
Each class will also compete as a team to earn class parties based on participation.
Books and Beyond will run from February 2nd - March 27th. This year's theme is “The S'more You Read, The Better!"
Your involvement and encouragement are key to inspiring our children to embrace the love of reading!
